Warranty Policy

At BuyTech, we strongly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our electronics products that we sell on our online store. Therefore, all our products come with a 1-year warranty.

Our warranty policy  covers defects in materials or workmanship that may occur during normal use of the product. If you experience any issues with your purchase within the warranty period, we will gladly assist you in resolving the problem.

To avail of the warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@buytech.ae or call us at +971 582608194 to initiate the warranty claim process.
2. Provide us with the details, including your name, order number and a description of the issue.
3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps, which may include troubleshooting or returning the product for inspection.
4. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.
5. Once we receive the product, our technical team will do inspection to determine the cause of the issue.
6. If the issue is covered under warranty and is not a result of misuse or accidental damage, we will either repair or replace the product, free of charge.
7. If a replacement is provided, it will be of the same model or a comparable model if the original is no longer available.
8. The repaired or replaced product will be shipped back to you at no additional cost.

The following situations are not covered and could potentially void your warranty:

• Misuse, including instances where the product is not used for its intended purpose or if the cover is opened by a unauthorized individual.
• External or Internal Damage resulting from drops, exposure to water or other liquids, even if the product is labelled as waterproof or water-resistant.
• Repairs conducted by unauthorized service centres/shops or any attempts at self-repair.
• Damage to the cover due to excessive wear and tear, improper ventilation, or exposure to other unusual elements.
• Damage caused by the use of any third party software or application.
• The Warranty does not cover any type of breakages/ damages including the screen/ display breakages/ Screen issues of whatsoever nature.

It is important to keep your proof of purchase, such as the order number, as it may be required to validate your warranty claim.
